This Wee Forest Folk mouse is training to be a heavyweight. He's wearing blue gym shorts, gym shoes, and a weight lifting belt for safety. A mouse has to be in shape, you know, to lift a brick of cheese. He's so strong, we think he might be a candidate for the mouse Olympics! Such a cute gift for your friend the gym rat, or for any collector of Wee Forest Folk or other miniatures. This miniature figurine comes in a Wee Forest Folk box for gifting and storage. Sculpted and initialed by Annette Petersen. Approximate dimensions: 1.5" tall x 1.25" wide.

The Petersen Family have been crafting Wee Forest Folk exquisite miniatures since 1972 right here in the USA. A Wee Forest Folk figurine begins as an original clay piece which is hand sculpted by one of three sculptors in the Petersen family. The finished sculpture is molded and hand cast at the "mouse factory" in Carlisle, MA. Carefully selected artists flawlessly paint each one by hand bringing to life a sweet little mouse personality.
