Wee Forest Folk Miniatures M-435 - Miss Mousey, Will You Marry Me?

Two mice in love, having dinner at Chateau d'Amour. They sit at a beautifully dressed table in front of a lattice screen. Mr. Mouse has popped the question, and Miss Mousey is engaged! Her diamond-like ring sparkles with a tiny Swarovski crystal. What a romantic moment! A special way to pop the question to your own true love. Adorable under a small glass cloche on the gift table at an engagement party or wedding shower. Can also be a mouse wedding cake topper (but check dimensions first). Sculpted by Donna Petersen. Comes in the original box illustrated by Donna's daughter, Ginny. So special!  2.625" x 2.625". Retired in 2022. 

The Petersen Family have been crafting Wee Forest Folk exquisite miniatures since 1972 right here in the USA. A Wee Forest Folk figurine begins as an original clay piece which is hand sculpted by one of three sculptors in the Petersen family. The finished sculpture is molded and hand cast at the "mouse factory" in Carlisle, MA. Carefully selected artists flawlessly paint each one by hand bringing to life a sweet little mouse personality.
