This Wee Forest Folk figurine includes two little mice selling apples at their homemade fruit stand. A beautiful example of the Petersen's creativity and intricate work. We love everything about this piece, from the detailed shading on every tiny apple, to Mr. Mouse's white apron and polka dot bow tie. This sweet little market will be a show stopper in your miniature village or under a glass dome at the center of your fall table setting. A beautiful and memorable gift. This miniature figurine is brand new. It is more substantial in size and weight than most pieces in the main Wee Forest Folk line. Comes in a Wee Forest Folk box for storage and gifting. The Petersen Family have been crafting Wee Forest Folk exquisite miniatures since 1972 right here in the USA. A Wee Forest Folk figurine begins as an original clay piece which is hand sculpted by one of three sculptors in the Petersen family. The finished sculpture is molded and hand cast at the "mouse factory" in Carlisle, MA. Carefully selected artists flawlessly paint each one by hand bringing to life a sweet little mouse personality.
