Wee Forest Folk Limited Edition M-2002 - Surprise!

This limited edition figurine by Wee Forest Folk will be a special Surprise! for someone you love on their birthday! Three little mice in party hats look on with delight as the birthday boy mouse pops out of his 2-tier birthday cake. Surprise! We love the combination of pastels used in this piece; rose, teal, and white, and the precious expression on each tiny mouse's face. What a sweet way to celebrate a birthday or start a Wee Forest Folk collection. Hint: adorable under a glass cloche on the cake table at a first birthday party! This miniature figurine is in excellent / like new condition and comes in a Wee Forest Folk box for gifting and storage. A collaborative effort by Annette, Donna, and Willy Petersen. Signed by all three. Approximate dimensions: 3.25" (w) x 1.75" (d) 2.5" (h).

Note: This piece could be used as a small cake topper or cupcake topper. Make sure to check the dimensions above. We advise against setting the piece directly on the cake / frosting as it was not made for this purpose. But it would be fine sitting atop some type of food safe platform or liner.

The Petersen Family have been crafting Wee Forest Folk exquisite miniatures since 1972 right here in the USA. A Wee Forest Folk figurine begins as an original clay piece which is hand sculpted by one of three sculptors in the Petersen family. The finished sculpture is molded and hand cast at the "mouse factory" in Carlisle, MA. Carefully selected artists flawlessly paint each one by hand bringing to life a sweet little mouse personality.
