Wee Forest Folk Limited Edition M-187a - Adam's Apples (Halloween)

This Wee Forest Folk limited edition figurine includes two little mice selling apples and pumpkins from their homemade fruit stand during the Halloween season. A beautiful example of the Petersen's creativity and intricate work. We love everything about this piece, from the detailed shading on every tiny green apple, to the spider web painted on Mr. Mouse's white apron, his polka dotted bow tie, and the bat on his shopping bag. The table skirt is decorated with candy corn, and what a harvest! We can almost taste those juicy apples and the pumpkin orbs are divine! This sweet little market will be a show stopper in your miniature village or under a glass dome at the center of your Halloween table setting. A beautiful and memorable gift. This miniature figurine is in excellent condition. It is more substantial in size and weight than most pieces in the main Wee Forest Folk line (although still to scale with other WFF pieces in the main line). Comes in a plain gift box for storage and gifting. Sculpted and initialed by Annette Petersen. Approximate dimensions: 1.75" (h) x 3" (w).

The Petersen Family have been crafting Wee Forest Folk exquisite miniatures since 1972 right here in the USA. A Wee Forest Folk figurine begins as an original clay piece which is hand sculpted by one of three sculptors in the Petersen family. The finished sculpture is molded and hand cast at the "mouse factory" in Carlisle, MA. Carefully selected artists flawlessly paint each one by hand bringing to life a sweet little mouse personality.
