NEW for Fall 2017...the latest and greatest series of 1 inch scale, unfinished dollhouse kits from Real Good Toys includes the Jamestown. The window layout has been changed
on the first and second floor to provide better placement of the interior dividers. This Yorktown style home features the gorgeous Jamestown door with sidelights which makes an incredible entrance, double windows on the first floor and single windows on the second floor. Just imagine the possibilities for customizing with various dollhouse accessories! This is a 3-story home and offers up to 9 rooms to decorate and furnish. As with our other fine Real Good Toys products, the Jamestown dollhouse kit features 3/8 inch thick Milled MDF Exterior Walls with grooved sidewalls and front for ease of assembly and durability. A fine heirloom quality dollhouse kit.
